Teaching Guitar
It's a great experience to watch someone learn an instrument, and it is definitely a learning experience for the teacher. I'm meeting a lot of students who are just beginning on the guitar, or are self taught with little knowledge of music theory. It seems to me that the quickest way to build enthusiasm for learning an instrument is to give the student an immediate musical goal - so far, this approach seems to be paying off. |
